Bill Belichick officially named the new head coach at North Carolina

While just about everyone assumed legendary coach Bill Belichick would be back on an NFL sideline next season, that's not going to happen. Sorry to all you New York Giants fans who were hoping he'd be the one to replace Brian Daboll - that's not going to happen.
Instead, after several days of speculation, it's a done deal for Belichick to take over for Mack Brown as head coach of the North Carolina Tar Heels. That's right, Belichick is headed to the ACC program to try and get them back on track:

For all the programs who would head to NC to recruit top targets, including Tennessee, Belichick's arrival is going to complicate things quite a bit. He's one of the best to ever do it, no question. We'll have to wait and see how things go for Belichick in Chapel Hill, but fans are rightfully fired up about this.
