Chicago Bears make a splash and hire Ben Johnson as new head coach
In late November, the Chicago Bears made the tough choice to part ways with Matt Eberflus as head coach of the NFC North side. While there was hope that Eberflus could help the team turn things around, the project proved to be a fail.
Since then, Chicago has been on the hunt to find a new head coach and the team now has its man. According to multiple reports, the Bears have hired Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson to take over. This is a big-time move for Chicago:

There were rumblings that perhaps Johnson would get a serious look from the Dallas Cowboys, but who knows what in the heck Jerry Jones is thinking right now. Regardless of that, what we do know is that Johnson is making his way to The Windy City and Bears fans all over the country are feeling pretty hyped up about this move. The future seems bright for Chicago.
