What do the New York Giants have planned at quarterback for the 2025 season? Daniel Jones is long gone and a new franchise signal-caller is needed. While some fans have Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders on their minds, could Joe Schoen be looking elsewhere?
The belief is that the Giants could look to bring in a veteran to start '25, especially with John Mara sick and tired of this team losing. Colin Cowherd thinks Matthew Stafford could end up being the QB the Giants make a move for. Could a blockbuster trade be on the way?
Matthew Stafford to the Giants. Aaron Rodgers to the Rams. Hear @ColinCowherd out...

Stafford is under contract with the Rams through the 2026 season. He just turned 37 years old, with his best football being behind him. The Rams wouldn't trade him away for peanuts, which is something the Giants are going to have to keep in mind.
An exciting, young QB like Ward would excite the fanbase, but with Schoen and Brian Daboll desperate to win, might that change the plans? Who knows, but Stafford to NY is now something for people to keep an eye on this offseason.
