Cowboys reportedly have interest in Deion Sanders to take over as head coach
Wouldn't this be something? While figuring out what to do and waiting an extra week, Jerry Jones finally came to his senses and decided he didn't want to keep Mike McCarthy in town for another season. Just like that, Jones is in need of a new head coach.
Plenty of different names are being floated around, but one in particular is certainly eye-opening. That'd be Deion Sanders, who just wrapped up another season in Boulder with Colorado. Could a move to Dallas be on the way?
The fact that Sanders and Jones have spoken about the job sure has plenty of Cowboys fans talking. It's up in the air if Sanders will be brought in for a formal interview or not, but Jones has paid attention to what Sanders has been able to get done at the college level. Keep a close eye on this job hunt moving forward, as more on Sanders could be on the way.
