Jets shockingly fire Robert Saleh after 2-3 start and loss in London
Following the loss to the Vikings in London over the weekend, it looks like the New York Jets have had enough. In surprising fashion, it was announced on Tuesday that head coach Robert Saleh has been fired. The first HC job has been lost for 2024.
The Jets entered the season with Super Bowl aspirations, but thus far, nothing has gone right for them. Apparently, the loss in England was enough to send the higher-ups over the edge.
With Saleh now out of a job, Jeff Ulbrich will take over as the team's interim head coach. Salah has reportedly said he'll take the rest of the year off and he won't be joining another team's staff. Now, Aaron Rodgers will hope to get this team back on track, but he'll doing so with Saleh no longer on the sidelines.
