Joe Flacco taking over as the Colts starting quarterback over Anthony Richardson

There's a change at quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts. In stunning fashion, it's looking like the Anthony Richardson era is over before it could really even get started. Following the Colts' recent loss to the Texans, the team has decided they've seen enough.
Joe Flacco is taking over as the team's starting quarterback moving forward. This isn't a move just for a week, as Indy indeed is ready for Flacco to try and get this team on the right track for the rest of 2024:
#Colts HC Shane Steichen announced that Joe Flacco will be the starter for the foreseeable future, essentially it's his job to lose for the rest of the season.

Richardson was the No. 4 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft and fans thought he'd be the starter for the next decade or so. Instead, the Colts will now be looking for a new franchise signal-caller, as Flacco is nearing the end of his career. Things just never went right for Richardson with the AFC South side, which has been tough to see.
