The pressures of trying to make good on a gambling bet can drive people to do some horrifying things. In the case of 19-year-old Connor Croll, it meant making a bomb threat to LSU's Tiger Stadium.
The freshman at the University of Alabama was immediately located and confessed to making the threat, as he claims he tried to stop the game because his friend was on the verge of losing a lot of money on a bet.

Upon receiving the threat, officials at the stadium conducted an investigation and sweep of the venue, which quickly identified Croll as the culprit.
Croll was booked as a "fugitive from justice." He is currently being held without bail, and will almost certainly face criminal charges for making a bomb threat on school property. His status as a student at Alabama remains uncertain, but it certainly isn't looking good.

As for the game itself, Joe Burrow found the end zone three times as the Tigers took down Kyle Trask and the Florida Gators 42-28.
