3 NFL Teams Lamar Jackson is Out-Rushing by Himself

Lamar Jackson has been on a completely different level this year. The Baltimore Ravens offense has been shredding opponents on a weekly basis thanks primarily to his ability to run the ball. Jackson has racked up an absurd 1,103 yards with his legs.

He's been so amazing on the ground that he's managed to both break Michael Vick's single-season quarterback rushing yards record and outpace these three ENTIRE NFL teams' rushing output this year.

3. Atlanta Falcons

Sure, the Atlanta Falcons are more known for their passing attack, but rushing for just 1,050 yards on the year, especially with a lead back like Devonta Freeman, is pretty unacceptable. Freeman has barely over 500 yards in 11 starts. Also, before his injury, Ito Smith was only given 22 touches in seven games as the backup running back. We didn't count on Atlanta having one of the top rushing games in the league, but they have to be better than this.

2. New York Jets

It's incredible to think that a team with Le'Veon Bell running the ball has failed to out-gain one quarterback, yet here it is, plain and true. Their measly 1,086 rushing yards fall short of Jackson's total, with Bell in particular trailing him by more than 400 yards. It's going to be hard for Le'Veon to call himself the best running back in the league when a quarterback is taking him to the cleaners.

1. Miami Dolphins

If the other two teams are clowns in comparison to Jackson, then the Miami Dolphins are the entire circus. They've gained a paltry 875 yards rushing this year. For reference, that's 228 fewer yards than Jackson. Their leading rusher, Mark Walton, has just 201 yards and he's not even on the team anymore. Chalk this up as another reason why the Dolphins are completely out of whack.
