The New York Yankees invoke fear in the minds of most MLB teams because of how much they win, and the lengths they'll go to to reach their goals. But more than anything, MLB teams really do not want them to sign these three stars this winter.

3. Dallas Keuchel

Yankees general manager Brian Cashman already admitted to going after World Series Champion southpaw Dallas Keuchel early during the 2019 season. If he makes good on his next opportunity, the Yankees should have a solid veteran in their rotation who can add to the young talent of Luis Severino and James Paxton.

2. Daniel Hudson

As if the Yankees bullpen was not good enough already, imagine what it would be look like with yet another World Series-winning reliever in the mix besides Aroldis Chapman. Hudson was the rock the Nationals needed down the stretch with the poor performance of Sean Doolittle. He posted a remarkable 1.44 ERA in 24 regular season games with the Nationals after being traded by the Toronto Blue Jays.

1. Gerrit Cole

Arguably the best pitcher in baseball grew up a Yankees fan, which should concern every other fan base in the MLB. Also, his California upbringing apparently has not swayed him towards the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim or the Los Angeles Dodgers, as previously expected. The Yankees are reportedly willing to unload a ton of money onto his contract, making it an even more lucrative offer for the right-hander.
