The NFL preseason officially kicked off on Thursday night, but don't worry, there will be some action on Friday as well, as the Pittsburgh Steelers take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Pittsburgh had a bit of a superstar turnover over the offseason, as they parted ways with Le'Veon Bell and Antonio Brown. The Steelers now boast a rather youthful squad, many of whom will be looking to make a statement with their play on Friday night. Here are three guys to look out for in the preseason opener.

3. Mason Rudolph

Mason Rudolph was selected in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft, with many touting him to be the heir apparent to starter Ben Roethlisberger. Given that the 16-year veteran has shown to be injury prone, Rudolph has his chance to rise up the depth chart. However, he will have to outperform Joshua Dobbs, who gets the start on Friday. The backup quarterback position will be on the line.

2. Benny Snell

James Conner is the certified starting running back on the Steelers depth chart, as evidenced by last year's breakout performance. Jaylen Samuels is the backup running back, notably for passing downs. However, it's fourth round pick Benny Snell who's been garnering attention out of Steelers camp. Known as a bull-rushing back, Snell showed off his pass-catching abilities as well, which caught the eye of Ben Roethlisberger. If you're watching the game, set your focus on Snell.

1. Devin Bush

The Steelers shocked the world once they traded up in this year's NFL Draft (something they NEVER do) to select linebacker Devin Bush out of Michigan. Bush garnered a lot of praise in the draft process for his prototypical skills and freakish speed. The talk in Pittsburgh has been that Bush is living up to the hype. So keep your eyes peeled for No. 55 once the Steelers defense takes the field on Friday.
