49ers QB Brock Purdy unsure if he'll undergo surgery or not

The NFC Championship Game could not have gone worse for the San Francisco 49ers. In the first half in Philly, quarterback Brock Purdy went down with a serious elbow injury, leading to Josh Johnson taking over the offense. Ouch.

The 49ers lost and all eyes turned to Purdy. Now, Purdy is expected to miss around six months, but it's up in the air if he'll decide to undergo surgery or not. What will the young QB decide?

Purdy told reporters he's awaiting second opinions and will weigh all his options before deciding.

Purdy is looking for a second opinion, but the fact of the matter is that he's not going to be able to throw a football for a little while. We'll see what decision he ends up making.
