The nation's No. 2 running back has trimmed his massive offers list down, and to no surprise the Georgia Bulldogs remain in the hunt. Yup, for 5-star speedster TreVeyon Henderson, he's high on all things UGA.

With fellow powerhouses still in contention to land his services, there's no denying Kirby Smart and Co. need to make him a priority, ESPECIALLY over Ohio State and Oklahoma.

Indeed, the 5-11, 195-pounder is down to Georgia, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia, Virginia Tech, North Carolina, Michigan and Penn State. The Hopewell, Virginia product has picked up 40 offers this cycle, but has cut things down to nine.

With the Bulldogs, Henderson took an unofficial visit to Athens in early February and had an unforgettable time. It's clear UGA is a major player in his recruitment. However, there's been quite the rivalry with Ohio State and Oklahoma of late to land elite prospects. As of this writing, Ohio State has the No. 1 class in the country for 2021. Lincoln Riley and the fellas in Norman have proven to be sensational recruiters as well.

Keep in mind, Georgia has finished No. 1 in the recruiting rankings in two of the last three years. Landing Henderson will only boost their chances of doing so once again.

This young man's recruitment will be one to watch leading all the way up to the Early Signing Period next December. And for Georgia, Henderson will be at the top of its board until he shuts things down.
