Arguably the best defensive back recruit in the entire country, James Williams appears closer to making a decision on his college destination.

The humungous safety from Western HS in Opa Locka, Fla. has named Alabama, Clemson, and Georgia as his Top 3 after he re-opened his recruitment.

Georgia is considered the favorite, as Williams still has the No. 20 Georgia jersey from his visit to Athens as his profile picture on Twitter.

It's generous to call Williams a safety when he stands 6-5 and weighs in at 218 pounds. That jaw-dropping size combined with his tackling power and deep speed makes him one of the most coveted prospects at any position in the country. He's a 5-star prospect, and the No. 1 safety in the land.

The school that has to feel the most stung by Williams leaving them out of his Top 3 has to be Miami. Williams is a local kid who originally committed to Miami, but doesn't see himself playing for them in the future.

Williams could be that one stud recruit that helps one great recruiting class separate itself from the rest, as he projects to be an impact starter very soon under either Nick Saban, Dabo Swinney, or Kirby Smart.
