A-Rod Reportedly Plans to Sue Hedge Fund Over Viral Toilet Pic
By Austin Pert

Well, this isn't a storyline you see everyday. An alleged photo of Alex Rodriguez sitting on the toilet through the window of his Park Avenue apartment in New York has gone viral.
The picture has been distributed more than Rodriguez would like and according to Page Six, "was making the rounds via email through Wall Street and media circles."

A hedge fund manager, possibly from a different building, snapped a picture of the former MLB superstar relaxing and doing his business, and now, quite understandably, the former All-Star is threatening legal action. "His lawyers are all over this," an unnamed source told the New York Post.
There is suspicion that the guilty parter is a hedge fund manager, as three of such firms have offices next door to Rodriguez's $17.5 million flat. One of the hedge fund partners is apparently connected to the crown price of Greece.

This won't be the first lawsuit that the slugger has been a part of, assuming it makes it all the way to trial. In 2013, A-Rod sued MLB after the league suspended him for his use of PEDs. The suit was dropped however and he did serve the suspension. A brother-in-law also took legal action against Rodriguez in 2015 over a failed business venture.
But this bathroom suit could go down as the messiest legal scuffle to date.
