Aaron Boone Predicts Winner of Yankees' Team Ping Pong Tournament in Latest Sign He's a Prophet
By Jack Murphy
Aaron Boone has been pretty successful in his time as the manager of the Bronx Bombers leading the Yankees to two straight 100-win seasons. The MLB skipper also has shown that he might just work a job as a psychic during the offseason.
The Yankees hosted a 64-man ping-pong tournament and Boone predicted the champion to be Kyle Holder. Low and behold, Holder emerged victorious, evidenced by the March Madness style bracket the team whipped up.
How could he correctly predict a winner of a tournament with 64 participants? Of course, there are favorites to win it all, however there are so many variables to take into consideration within a pool with that many players.
This is not the first time Boone has showed off his psychic abilities. Before the Super Bowl, the Yankees skipper tweeted out his predictions for both the game's winner and score, and he was dead on.
With the NCAA Tournament right around the corner, it may be a smart idea to turn on notifications for whenever Boone sends out a tweet.
