Aaron Judge hasn't agreed to an extension with the Yankees

Leave it to Carlos Beltran to cause some major confusion among New York Yankees fans all over the place. During a broadcast on Monday, the former standout said that NY and Aaron Judge had an extension in place.

Fans were freaking out and loved hearing it. However, it turns out Beltran misspoke and there's nothing finalized. Wow.

New Yankees broadcaster Carlos Beltran suggested Yankees star Aaron Judge had an extension with the team on the broadcast today, but was told to correct himself. He did. No deal yet is the word. Official word: it was a first broadcast mistake by Beltran.

Beltran isn't a vet in the broadcast booth, but he's got to know better than this. He can't make these kinds of mistakes with so many people watching the action. Now, we'll all have to wait and see when a deal does get done.
