The New York Yankees were blown out of Yankee Stadium in the very first inning against the Cleveland Indians on Thursday night, but the disaster did not end there; the team had to withstand an injury scare to star outfielder Aaron Judge as well.

In the top of the sixth inning, Judge dove for a liner and, in the process, bent his left wrist. Later on in the game, Judge spoke with head athletic trainer Steve Donahue and departed to the clubhouse.

However, Judge returned to the game in the seventh inning. Fear...not?

Breath a sigh of relief, Bronx Bombers fans. Temporarily, at least.

Judge has been the talk in baseball lately, and not for a good reason. The giant outfielder has been in quite a slump, with many believing he's still dealing with the aftereffects from his oblique injury suffered in the beginning of the season. Yet, Judge stresses that's not the case, citing perfect health.

In Judge's last 21 games, he's batting a lowly .152, with just one homer, four RBI, and 29 strikeouts.

While the slump stings, it's baseball, and Yankee fans can take solace in the fact that Judge may have dodged his latest bullet here. And that's good, because the man needs as many at-bats as he can get while New York's advantage in the standings is still robust.
