Aaron Judge Has Perfect Tweet in Response to Reports of Astros' Electronic Sign Stealing
By Karl Rasmussen
The Houston Astros are taking a lot of heat after Mike Fiers revealed the team had used cameras to pick up on opponents' signals during their championship season in 2017.
Well, the Astros beat the Yankees 4-3 in the .ALCS that season, and Jose Altuve edged Aaron Judge in AL MVP voting. So when Judge got word that the proof of Houston's espionage had been outed, he took to Twitter to share his thoughts.
Yep, that's pretty much the same reaction we all had when we learned about the reports.
The Yankees accused the Astros of stealing signs in Game 1 of this year's ALCS, referencing a supposed whistling sound they claimed was coming from Houston's dugout, though nothing was ever proven.
Judge, who hit 52 home runs as a rookie in 2017, is clearly less than thrilled about the reports, as the Yankees were one win away from the World Series, but instead were sent home by an allegedly cheating Astros team.
While the Astros are under investigation by the league, Judge will surely be eager to discover the extent of the MLB's findings.
