Aaron Rodgers Incites Packers Fans to Tailgate and Drink Beer Before Redskins Game With Great Quote
By Mark Powell
Aaron Rodgers wants Packers fans to match his energy.
Coming off a convincing win over the New York Giants, Green Bay faces another very winnable game against the Washington Redskins next week. Safe to say, Packers fans shouldn't anticipate a breather. Rodgers needs them at full force, and they best obey the captain.
Rodgers even gives fans three brands of beer to choose from! What a gracious host.
Lambeau Field has long been a tailgating hub, and there's no reason to think that'll change just because the Packers' upcoming opponent is battling for draft position. Rodgers and the Packers need every win to ensure they stay a game ahead of the Minnesota Vikings, who lost last week in Seattle, in the NFC North standings.
A change of pace in replacing Mike McCarthy with Matt LaFleur has paid dividends for the 9-3 Packers, and the fan support has been tremendous all year long as Green Bay aims to make another Super Bowl run in Rodgers' age-36 season.
To sit through Green Bay vs Washington in the cold, beer might be necessary.
