Well, this is the last thing that the Green Bay Packers fans wanted to hear heading into their team's Week 6 matchup versus the Detroit Lions on Monday night.

Aaron Rodgers was listed on the Packs' Thursday injury report with a knee injury that held him to a limited participation in practice.

What makes his addition to the lengthy list all the more sketchy is the fact that Rodgers didn't disclose the injury while speaking to reporters in Green Bay's locker room roughly an hour before the report was publicized, per ESPN's Rob Demovsky.

This marks the first time that the two-time MVP has been included on the injury report this season and he will now have two more days of practice for the Packers to determine his status for MNF.

We don't expect the ailment to be all that serious as Green Bay is likely just managing the reps of their superstar, but, it's certainly worth noting that he fought a tibial plateau fracture and MCL sprain last year in his left knee.

Again, its not like No.12 was unable to practice on Thursday. Barring an unprecedented turn of events, we expect that he will suit up for Monday night's NFC North showdown.

As always, however, stay tuned for updates on Rodgers' status as they are sure to materialize within the next 24-48 hours.
