Aaron Rodgers Looking to End Bad Road Streak Against Bears

Long before Khalil Mack was roaming the backfield looking to wreak havoc, Soldier Field had already become Aaron Rodgers' personal enemy.

Though we all have rosy memories of Rodgers, Randall Cobb, and Jordy Nelson carving up the Bears for six on many an occasion, it turns out it's been quite a while since No. 12 has found paydirt in Chicago.

If Aaron throws a touchdown in the season opener on Thursday night, it'll be his first in the city of Chicago since...September 2015!!

Now, for a spot of context here, it hasn't been all bleak for the legendary gunslinger in Chi-Town since then. The Packers have gone into the Windy City three times in the intervening period, and one of those games was started by Brett Hundley.

In the two Rodgers games, he's won one behind 162 rushing yards and a pair of TDs from Ty Montgomery, and lost the other last fall.

But it does reinforce the idea that the leader of the Green and Gold hasn't been quite as much of a buzzsaw in recent trips to face his rival.

So, what'll Thursday bring us? A return to early-career normalcy under Matt LaFleur or the Aaron Jones show?
