Aaron Rodgers Matched Packers Legend Brett Favre in Incredible Stat After Win Over Giants

On a snowy and icy day in New Jersey of all places, Aaron Rodgers was able to make some history.
With four touchdowns on the day, Rodgers matched Brett Favre for the fourth-most games in NFL history with at least four passing touchdowns, both with 23 such performances.
After throwing four TDs against the Giants, Aaron Rodgers has 23 career games with at least four touchdown passes. That ties him with former teammate and Packers quarterback Brett Favre for fourth most in NFL history.

At the age of 36, Rodgers figures to have a couple of years left in the tank to try and match Peyton Manning's record of 35 games with four or more passing touchdowns in a game. Drew Brees will definitely have a better shot at that record though, as he currently sits at 34.
Rodgers hit Davante Adams and Allen Lazard for a pair of touchdowns in the first quarter, before hitting Adams again in the fourth and finally reaching the four-TD mark with a one-yard pass to Marcedes Lewis with seven minutes left.

Rodgers is truly aging like fine wine. After a rocky start to the season, he's led the Packers to a 9-3 record, contributing 22 touchdowns against only two interceptions with a 64.4% completion rate.
Next up for the Packers are the hapless Redskins, who actually beat the Panthers today, but Rodgers should be able to tear their defense up and maybe add another one of these games to his resume.
