Adam Thielen Held Out of Wednesday's Practice Due to Hamstring Injury
By Evan Wolff

Kirk Cousins' arsenal of offensive weapons could be diminished with the latest news on Adam Thielen.
The 29-year-old Minnesota State product is still nursing his hamstring injury and could be in doubt to play for the Vikings against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night. Thielen didn't practice Wednesday while he recovers from the lingering ailment.
This is Thielen's second issue with his hamstring this season, after he re-aggravated the same injury against the Chiefs early in the first quarter last week, forcing him to exit the game.

The Vikings have the luxury of skill players like Kyle Rudolph and Stefon Diggs to pick up the slack, but nothing can quite replace the elite talent that Adam Thielen possesses. With a bye week on the horizon, perhaps keeping the two-time Pro Bowler on the sidelines is the right call.
#Vikings WR Adam Thielen’s strained hamstring is no worse after his brief appearance in KC, I'm told, but he’s unlikely to play Sunday against the #Cowboys. Could feel it pulling and need to calm it down. Note: Bye is 2 weeks away and team errs on the conservative side.

However, with the Vikings in the midst of a playoff race, and the Packers only one game ahead, Thielen will certainly be itching to get back on the field as soon as possible.
Whatever the case may be, you can be sure that the Cowboys are still planning their defense around seeing Adam Thielen on the opposite side of the ball come Sunday night.
