Adam Thielen Suffered Cut on Ankle at Vikings Practice That Required Stitches
By Jerry Trotta

Does anybody have a count as to how many times Adam Thielen has featured on the Minnesota Vikings' injury report in 2019?
A lingering hamstring injury resulted in the star wideout frequently being sidelined throughout the season, and that trend may have continued during practice this week as the 29-year-old sustained yet another ailment.
Per NFL insider Tom Pelissero, Thielen cut his ankle during practice on Wednesday, and required stitches for the laceration. The team will continue to gather information on the injury but Minnesota remains hopeful that Thielen will be available for Saturday's clash with the 49ers.

Just when Thielen showed signs that he was finally over his nagging hamstring injury, he gets tangled up in practice and falls victim to the most bizarre of knocks.
For those holding any doubts over the two-time Pro Bowler's availability, he appeared on NFL Network on Thursday morning to assert that he will do "whatever it takes" to be cleared to play for Saturday's Divisional Round clash against the San Francisco 49ers.

Thielen featured in 10 regular-season games for the Vikings in 2019, recording 30 receptions for 418 yards and six touchdowns.
We'll continue to provide updates on Thielen's status as we inch closer to game-day, but despite picking up yet another knock, it doesn't seem too likely to hold him out from the Divisional round matchup.
