AJ Green Sounds Confident Ahead of Free Agency Despite Injury-Riddled Season
By Karl Rasmussen

AJ Green may not even play a down for the Bengals in 2019, and with free agency looming, it's beginning to look like his career in Cincinnati is coming to a close.
While it's never ideal to hit the open market coming off an injury, better yet a season-long injury, Green was full of confidence when broached about his upcoming free agency.

When asked if he was healthy ahead of the offseason, Green emphatically said that he had nothing to prove, before telling people to check his tape.
Green has long been one of the game's best receivers, but he's struggled with injuries throughout his career. Over the last four seasons, Green has played all 16 games just once.
The seven-time Pro Bowler has spent his entire career with the Bengals, but with the team in the midst of a rebuild and Green turning 32 next year, they don't seem to be a great fit any longer.
Bengals’ WR AJ Green visited today with noted foot specialist, Dr. Robert Anderson, per source. If Green is in Green Bay today with a foot doctor, hard to imagine he’ll return this season. He’s scheduled to be a free agent this off-season.

Green will certainly draw a ton of interest in free agency, as the veteran pass-catcher has 63 touchdowns in his career and gone for over 1,000 yards in every season in which he's played more than 10 games.
If those numbers don't inspire confidence, we're not sure what does.
