VIDEO: Alabama's Landon Dickerson Should Have Been Ejected for Blatant Cheap Shot Against LSU Player
By Mark Powell
SEC officiating at its finest. After the refs essentially gifted LSU a touchdown on their previous drive after Thaddeus Moss clearly stepped out of bounds before making a phenomenal catch, Alabama is in full meltdown mode. Officials did call Crimson Tide lineman Landon Dickerson for a personal foul on this play, but he should've been thrown out. Period. Just look at what he did to Kary Vincent Jr.
The tape doesn't lie.
Nick Saban made the call to start Tua Tagovailoa despite the fact his QB isn't 100% healthy, and that decision is rearing its ugly head in Tuscaloosa. Tagovailoa threw an interception and lost a fumble in the first half, and LSU has taken advantage to the tune of a 20-point lead at the break.
LSU is, at this point, in a class of its own in the SEC. Alabama needs to mount a response, and quickly.
