Who said Alabama didn't have any more recruiting prowess, even after a dismal season? Three days after Nick Saban was able to secure 4-star running back Jase McClellan's commitment to the Crimson Tide, McClellan showed everyone why Saban was so heavily invested in him, as he rushed for 218 yards and two touchdowns while leading Texas powerhouse Aledo High School to the Texas Class 5A Division II state title.

In that clip, McClellan shows why he's considered to be one of the top high school running back prospects in the country. His blazing speed and elusiveness had college coaches salivating at the opportunity to add him to their arsenal, and Saban has emerged victorious after a furious rally.

You can plan on watching McClellan try and help Alabama back to the CFP and perhaps set himself up to be the next Crimson Tide running back drafted to the NFL, filling in for Najee Harris.
