Alex Rodriguez's Car Was Robbed of $500K Worth of Jewelry and Electronics

Former New York Yankees slugger and current ESPN MLB analyst Alex Rodriguez was robbed of half a million dollars in loot after the San Francisco Giants and Philadelphia Phillies game on Sunday.
Rodriguez's rental car was smashed and robbed while he and the Sunday Night Baseball broadcast team were getting dinner in San Francisco.

The reports explain that Rodriguez and the crew were given an SUV to rent while in San Francisco. When the group went for dinner after the 9-6 Giants win over the Phillies, the vehicle was smashed and robbed.
Luckily, no one was injured in the incident.

Rodriguez and the broadcast crew were probably trying to relax after a wild Sunday night game. The Phillies and Giants combined for 15 runs, 22 hits and 14 walks, with the Giants coming out on top thanks to a clutch hit from their star relief pitcher Will Smith.
The looting reportedly occurred between 9:00-11:00 p.m. PST, and the car was parked within a few blocks from Oracle Park.
Even for a wealthy man like Rodriguez, losing $500,000 in valuables is a big loss, and we're hoping the 44-year-old had some insurance on the rental car.
