Jeffery has been battling injuries for much of the year, and won't be available for the Eagles during their stretch run. Fortunately the team got the job done on Sunday in his absence.
The surgery was a success and now his focus will be on getting fully healthy in time for the 2020 campaign.

Greg Ward emerged as the hero on Sunday and is earning valuable playing time with Jeffery, DeSean Jackson, and Nelson Agholor all sidelined. The Eagles have to hope the inexperience doesn't doom the team in the final two weeks of the season.
With a crucial matchup looming against the Cowboys, the Eagles will continue to turn towards their young crop of wideouts.
