Andy Reid's Comments on Terrell Suggs Should Excite Chiefs Fans
By Ian Anderson

The Kansas City Chiefs will be welcoming a well-respected pass rusher to their defense this week.
Terrell Suggs, who was just recently cut by the Cardinals, was claimed off waivers by the Chiefs. And it seems as if the initial meeting between Suggs and Andy Reid went quite well.
Andy Reid says he didn't have to "put the hammer down" to convince Terrell Suggs to report to Kansas City. Says he had questions about the team and there were things he wanted to know. "I think he liked what he heard and he was fired up."

According to Reid, Suggs did not need much convincing to go to Kansas City. Reid said that the linebacker had a few questions but ultimately liked what he heard and was fired up about playing at Arrowhead Stadium.
Chiefs fans should be excited about this acquisition as their pass rush has been lackluster of late. The addition of an experienced defenseman like Suggs could provide a much-needed boost.
Per source, Terrell Suggs is currently planning to report to the Chiefs. He’s a competitor and he wants to get another Super Bowl ring. The Chiefs are clearly in the mix for that.

Plenty of contenders wanted the former Arizona Cardinal after he was waived, with the Seahawks, Saints, and Ravens among the teams to put in claims.
Near the end of his career, Suggs wishes to acquire another Super Bowl ring to join the one he won with the Ravens during the 2012-13 season. He absolutely has a chance to do so in Kansas City with one of the most explosive offenses in football.
While on the decline at 37 years old, Suggs is still productive as a situational pass rusher. In 10 games this season he has racked up 5.5 sacks and 37 tackles.
