Angels vs Cubs MLB Live Stream Reddit for Afternoon Series Opener

The Los Angels Angles and Chicago Cubs will play an afternoon game for their series opener on Monday. The Angels are coming off a 13-run offensive output against Seattle, while Chicago lost their last time out 2-1 to St. Louis.

The Angels will lead off with shortstop David Fletcher followed by Mike Trout. Pujols, La Stella, and Puello will bat four, five, and six for the Halos, with cagey veteran catcher Jonathan Lucroy behind them.

Kyle Schwarber will lead off for the Northsiders while the red hot Kris Bryant is slotted just behind him. Bryant has emerged as an NL MVP candidate so far this season just one year removed from a disappointing campaign for the Cubs.
Behind Anthony Rizzo and Javy Baez is Carlos Gonzalez, who is making his Chicago debut after being called up to the big league squad this afternoon. The veteran slugger is seeking an immediate impact for a Cubs team which could use his presence in the lineup ASAP following a sweep at the hands of the St. Louis Cardinals over the weekend.
