The Los Angeles Lakers' six-game winning streak came to an end Sunday night after losing to the reigning NBA champion Toronto Raptors. Following the loss, Anthony Davis revealed that he is not 100% healthy.
Davis says that he is still dealing with a nagging shoulder injury that is constantly impacting him on the court.

Lakers' fans shouldn't worry too much. Their star big man has still been effective despite being banged up, and he personally doesn't think that his shoulder issue is a big deal.
Anthony Davis said his shoulder is fine. He acknowledged that it can get sore, and that he gets treatment, but it clearly hasn’t kept him off the floor or seemed to impact his game. He’s had 2 straight efficient shooting nights from inside and out and continues to swat shots.

Davis has played in all nine of LA's games this year. Other NBA superstars like Kawhi Leonard have already begun taking the load management approach this season, but Davis appears to want to play through the injury.
However, it's still early in the season, and the Lakers coaching staff could still opt to have Davis miss a few games here and there in order to ensure that he is ready to go come playoff time.
The Lakers are prepping for back-to-back games vs. the Phoenix Suns and the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively. Davis's shoulder situation remains a huge storyline moving forward.
