Antonio Brown Accuses Logan Paul of Hyping Up Boxing Match Between Them Despite No Deal in Place
By Jack Murphy
One of the internet's biggest YouTube stars, Logan Paul, is trying to keep his place in mainstream spotlight by taking up boxing. His latest target? Antonio Brown, who couldn't be more down on his luck of late.
The former NFL star has sounded more and more like he's been considering the matchup, but to hear him tell it, the elder Paul brother has pre-maturely advertised the a fight between the two despite no contractual terms having been set.
Antonio Brown took to social media (as he always does) to voice his complaints about this alleged decision Paul and his business team made about marketing this hypothetically anticipated event. As the post suggests, Antonio Brown seems to be fed up with Logan Paul.
(Of course, this all presupposes that we take AB at his word. He could very well be accusing Paul and his people of something they absolutely did not do.)
The future of AB vs. LP is incredibly cloudy, but given how much hype promoter Matchroom Boxing and streaming service DAZN generated for Paul's match against fellow YouTuber KSI, you can bet than any throwdown with Brown, however ridiculous, will be a cash cow.
Also, Paul will surely keep chirping at Brown until they finally come to an agreement. I'm assuming Logan's philosophy is to annoy him so much so he wants to punch you in the face.
That's a bold strategy, Cotton.
As bizarre as this matchup may be, it would sure be fascinating (perhaps in a morbid kind of way) to see these two square off in the ring. How did we end up in a universe where YouTube celebrities are boxing former NFL players? This truly is the darkest timeline.
