It's unknown at this time if this is in direct relation to the incident which occurred at his home over the course of the last few days. However, per Andy Slater, Brown is a wanted man.

The warrant pictured, should it hold true, has been issued in relation to an incident of burglary with battery. The former Steelers, Raiders and Patriots wide receiver allegedly locked himself in his own home these past few days in relation to some sort of active investigation.

Brown's sudden fall from grace has been well-documented. After requesting a trade from the Steelers last summer, AB was dealt to the Raiders and subsequently released, only to briefly sign on to the New England Patriots and play one game with Tom Brady. A string of very public domestic incidents haven't done Brown any favors, and the NFL remains interested in off-field activities with a suspension potentially on the table.
We'll have more information as it becomes available.
