Antonio Brown Calls on Tom Brady to Join Forces After QB's Vague Answers at Pats Press Conference
Antonio Brown appeared in one game for the New England Patriots in 2019 before being let go due to an NFL investigation into several allegations of sexual assault against him.
Brown has called out plenty of people in the NFL via Twitter in his absence, but Tom Brady has remained on his good side. The polarizing receiver sent a brief but clear message to Brady following the Patriots' loss Saturday night.
Brady wouldn't commit to retiring or returning, though the latter seems to be more likely. Brown, who is trying to get back into the league, seemingly wants to link up with the six-time Super Bowl champ and went on to talk about Brady even further.
Brady is going to have his pick of where he wants to play in 2020. While he could very well return to New England, we can't count out contenders who are looking for a top quarterback with as much postseason experience Brady has.
A return is a bit more difficult for Brown, who remains under NFL investigation. He also burned a few bridges in the league this year and teams may not want to deal with the headache of having him around. Perhaps playing with Tom Brady could help Brown with his off-the-field and non-football issues, but it's certainly won't happen if TB12 re-signs with the Pats.
