Antonio Brown Meets With NFL Amid Ongoing Inquiry Into Sexual Assault Allegations
By Sam Dunn

Remember receiver Antonio Brown? Yeah, that guy? The one who disgraced and alienated himself out of what will end up being almost the entirety of the 2019 NFL season? Well, he's back in the news for -- you guessed it! -- all the wrong reasons.
Per ESPN insider Adam Schefter, the troubled All-Pro wideout will meet with league brass today as they continue to investigate multiple allegations of sexual assault against him, including an ongoing civil suit.
Antonio Brown scheduled to meet today with NFL officials as the league continues its investigation into civil allegations of sexual assault against the free-agent wide receiver.

After crashing out of Oakland without a single appearance, Brown went on to play in one game for the New England Patriots. When a second accuser emerged with an assault complaint against him, the defending champs quickly cut ties.
I'm told Antonio Brown's meeting with the NFL today is scheduled to be in Florida and to start approximately around 9am, as of this tweet, per sources.

Now, though no criminal charges have emerged against Brown at any point in this saga, the league still reserves the right to levy penalties against him under their personal conduct policy if substantial wrongdoing can be credibly established.
Sources: Antonio Brown denies allegations from both accusers, he's complying with the NFL's requests, including those involving his phone where relevant, & his reps are asserting inconsistencies b/w the civil complaint filed in federal & state court impact accuser's credibility.

Compliance with league directives concerning communications records is a good start. But, from where we sit today, AB still has a long, long way to go before he's a member of the NFL community in good standing once again.
