Antonio Brown Might Be Operating a Burner Account Based on Latest Twitter Activity
By Michael Luciano
If we are to believe our eyes, it appears that embattled wide receiver Antonio Brown is the latest major sports figure to get involved in the burner Twitter account craze.
Cowboys writer Marcus Mosher tipped Twitter off to the possibility that the account @tav58111115 might be run by AB himself. The account was made on this very day and has six tweets, all of which are either proclamations of Brown's innocence or harsh, antagonistic replies to anyone who dares to criticize AB.
Every one of the account's tweets is a reply to Josina Anderson's original tweet that states Brown is going to discuss his sexual assault civil suit with NFL officials.
This one might actually have more legs than the recent joyous Twitter investigation that incorrectly identified Buccaneers GM Jason Licht as the owner of a pro-Jameis Winston account, as this user was literally made today, has no profile information or pictures, and has done nothing but go at AB haters.
Say what you will about Brown, who is beyond indefensible at this point, but there is never a dull moment with him, especially online.
