Antonio Brown's Contract Could Be Voided Based on Conduct Detrimental
By Parker White

The Pittsburgh Steelers have to be sitting back and laughing at what's going on in Oakland regarding Antonio Brown right now.
Brown has been nothing but a distraction and has caused plenty of drama during his short time with the Raiders, which is why it appears they will suspend their top skill guy after Brown and GM Mike Mayock got into some sort of altercation on Wednesday. Could it lead to even more drama?
and then release him and then they would owe him nothing in terms of guaranteed money. The Raiders in all likelihood would try to recoup their $1,000,000 signing bonus as well.

On top of a suspension, there's always the possibility the Raiders could release Brown as well. Right now, his future with the team seems totally up in the air.
Per the NFL CBA, the maximum a team can suspend a player for conduct detrimental: 4 weeks.

The team could suspend him and then release him, voiding his more than $30 million in guarantees. Per Adam Schefter, execs around the league think this is a legit possibility.
There are those around the league who now believe the Raiders could suspend Antonio Brown with the idea of trying to void the $30.125 million of guaranteed money in his contract.

Which obviously would end his time in Oakland.
We know what AB can do on the field and he's a matchup nightmare for every defense, but you have to wonder if what he does each Sunday is worth the daily headache he's been from Day 1.
