Antonio Brown Calls Out Patriots to Pay Him for Weird Reason in Since-Deleted Tweet
It wouldn't be a proper Monday morning -- or any morning, for that matter -- without Antonio Brown taking to Twitter to propose a completely senseless idea. Well, the out-of-work NFL receiver is back at it again, and he's going after his former New England Patriots.
Brown has been no stranger for going on social media rants of late given all his newfound free time, and he took to Twitter to call out the Pats after they... posted an innocent photo of new receiver Mohamed Sanu?
Okay, then, good sir.
Earlier this month, Brown field grievances against New England in hopes of the $9 million signing bonus and "guaranteed" salary he was to be owed this year. The team released him after playing in just one single game in light of allegations of rape and sexual assault.
So, Brown, who deleted the idiotic tweet shortly after he posted it, thought it would be smart to blast the team on Twitter to get more dough in his pocket? What is wrong with this dude?
Head coach of Central Michigan, eh? The man has officially lost it (though he may not end up being any worse than Jim McElwain at that job, to be fair.) Don't expect the defending champs to respond to his latest absurdity on Twitter; they're too busy staying undefeated and making the rest of the league look like jokes.
