The slugger had a nice conversation with Mattress Mack, the famous Astros superfan who has millions on the team winning the World Series, before the game. Mack is sporting a Bregman jersey at the game tonight.

It's terribly unfortunate that the Bregman family is dealing with this at the moment considering this was supposed to be an epic night for Alex. Instead, it'll be an evening of wildly mixed emotions, but knowing Bregman, he'll stay strong and fight for his team until the very end while keeping his grandfather in his thoughts.
