The Houston Astros can't seem to catch a break with their injury woes.
Jose Altuve is being re-evaluated by team doctors after claiming he experienced fatigue and soreness in his surgically-repaired right knee.

Not exactly the injury update you want regarding one of your best players.
Carlos Correa is also having some injury issues, as he was originally slated to be in the lineup for Tuesday's matchup against the Chicago Cubs, but is now dealing with rib soreness after receiving treatment at home.

Altuve was initially on a rehab assignment, as he was recovering from a hamstring injury he suffered in May. He seemed to be on the verge of returning to an incredibly dangerous Astros lineup, but that'll now be delayed because the team will want to be cautious regarding this latest news.
Who knows when Altuve will be healthy and playing for the Astros again, but with what we know right now, he may not be too close.

Altuve was hitting just .243 with a .329 OBP in 39 games prior to the injury, which shows that he simply wasn't near full strength. Maybe he needs more time to recover.
As far as Correa is concerned, the last thing the Astros want in their star middle infielder to be hampered by injuries for the second straight year.
Jeff Luhnow: "I don't anticipate any of the injuries that we have right now to be long-term or to affect these players for the rest of the season. Maybe for a couple weeks."

Hang on tight, Astros fans. You might be in for a bumpy ride.
