VIDEO: Astros Mascot Orbit Hilariously Trolls Fans Booing Team for Sign-Stealing With Silly String Prank
By Evan Wolff

There have been many different reactions to the Astros sign-stealing scandal, but most are negative, and that's been very clear during these opening weeks of Spring Training. Often times, the fans have voiced their displeasures at the Astros team members by booing every time their name is announced over the PA system. This week, however, the team's mascot Orbit decided to combat the hecklers with a hilarious silly string prank.

Of course the fan has every right to boo, as he paid his money and is not harming the players in any way (except maybe their egos). However, Orbit -- who is known as an eccentric mascot to say the least -- served some comic relief to what we're sure is a difficult situation for those in the organization who had nothing to do with the sign-stealing scandal.

The best part of the video? The fan who got sprayed with silly string went right back to booing after Orbit walked away. It was a great light-hearted moment in an otherwise tense time in the MLB.
