Down 2-0 in the World Series, the Astros are faced with the unpleasant task of heading to the nation's capital to try to extend the series on the road at Nationals Park.

With Zack Greinke getting the start in Game 3, the Astros will be without a DH for the first time this postseason. With that in mind, here's how Houston is lining up on Friday night.

Yordan Alvarez will hit the bench for this one, to no one's surprise, considering he's been the team's DH throughout the playoffs, and has been largely ineffective when the lights have been brightest.

The top of the order is untouched, as George Springer leads things off, batting ahead of Jose Altuve, Michael Brantley, Alex Bregman and Yuli Gurriel.

Carlos Correa will move back into the six-hole with Alvarez riding the pine, followed by Josh Reddick and Robinson Chirinos, who remains behind the plate to catch for Greinke.

Greinke has struggled in the playoffs, making three starts and recording a 6.43 ERA with 16 strikeouts in 14 innings. He's surrendered five home runs in his three appearances, the type of fate he hopes to avoid on Friday.
