By Brian Cass
The AL West leading Houston Astros (43-21) will be taking on the lowly Baltimore Orioles (19-43) Friday night in Houston.
How to Stream the Game
The matchup between the Orioles and the Astros will be televised locally on both ATSW and MASN and will start at 8:10 p.m. ET. Further streams for the game can be found on the MLB Live Stream subreddit page.
Orioles Lineup
Right hander Gabriel Ynoa will be on the mound for Baltimore Friday night. He's coming off a strong outing in his last start against the San Francisco Giants, allowing just two earned runs through five innings.
That was his longest outing of the year, so he'll be looking to keep up the stellar play against the bats of the Astros.
Astros Lineup
The injury-plagued Astros will look to maintain their impressive start to the season even without a handful of key players. Carlos Correa, George Springer and Jose Altuve are all sidelined, leaving Alex Bregman as the offense's catalyst.
Gerrit Cole will be pitching for Houston in Friday's matchup against Baltimore. He's posted a 5-5 record with a 3.94 ERA and 116 strikeouts so far this season.
Cole got off to a slow start this year, but he's bounced back of late, especially in his last two starts. He pitched six innings while allowing just two earned runs in each of them. He'll be looking to keep the hot streak going against the weak bats of the Orioles Friday night.
Houston may be the obvious favorites in Friday's game against the Orioles, but we'll never complain about some Friday night baseball. It should still be a fun game between these two teams in H-Town.
