Brett Anderson (9-5, 3.79 ERA) starts for Oakland. Anderson has struggled to miss bats this year, striking out just 55 batters in 109 1/3 innings, which doesn't bode well as he goes up against one of the best offenses in the league.

Twins Lineup

Mitch Garver leads things off for the Twins, who's posted a 157 wRC+ and .410 wOBA in 50 games in a breakout 2019 campaign. Nelson Cruz bats third with Miguel Sano to follow in the cleanup spot. After struggling mightily last year, Sano seems to have found his stroke again. He's slashing .234/.328/.539 with 13 home runs in 47 games this year.

Ace Jose Berrios (8-5, 3.10 ERA) starts for Minnesota as they try to stay ahead of the streaking Indians in the AL Central. He ranks eighth in the AL with 2.9 fWAR.
