Baker Mayfield could make his debut for the Rams on Thursday

The up and down career of Baker Mayfield has reached a new city, as he's now getting ready to suit up for the Los Angeles Rams. Mayfield, a former No. 1 overall pick, was released by the Panthers and then has since joined the Rams.

Come Thursday night, Mayfield will not only be in uniform, but there's a chance we see him take the field. It'd be a quick turnaround for him, no doubt.

Things just haven't been working out for Mayfield in the NFL. He had so much promise to start his career with the Browns, but then things went south. We'll find out soon enough if he can turn things around now that he's in the NFC West.
