Baker Mayfield Truly Looked Homeless After Browns' Loss to Broncos
By Chris Pyo
Losing does some things to you, especially when you're a franchise quarterback with the hopes of an entire city on your shoulders and wildly high expectations coming into the season.
That's exactly what's happened to Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield, who took the stand at his postgame presser after a loss looking incredibly disheveled after their 24-19 loss to the Denver Broncos.
The picture on the right looks more like an impersonator playing Mayfield on a comedic sketch. What in the world has happened? Did they pull this guy off the streets? That's literally the same coat in both pictures but it somehow looks like it's a dollar store purchase on the right.
It's been a disappointing season thus far for Mayfield and the Browns, who find themselves at a lowly 2-6. After all, this was the team that retooled itself with Odell Beckham Jr. in the offseason and were expected to make a strong playoff push in a weakened AFC North.
It's been a rough go, hasn't it?
Mayfield's thrown for seven touchdowns against 12 interceptions with a putrid 58.7% pass completion rate. At this rate, he won't be able to find the playoffs anytime soon. At best, he'll find a new job as a private investigator after sporting today's look.
