Bama Overtakes Clemson in Newest AP Top 25 Poll

Clemson's struggles against North Carolina cost them in a big way, as they are no longer the best team in the country in the minds of the Associated Press.
Tua Tagovailoa and Alabama are now the No. 1 team in the country after they decimated Ole Miss and the Tigers slipped on the road. Ohio State found their way into the Top 4 after tearing Nebraska apart, while LSU, Oklahoma and Auburn follow them in the rankings.
Notre Dame leapfrogged Florida after the Irish took down a promising Virginia team. Penn State stayed at 12 despite a 59-0 win against Maryland, while Washington, Utah, and UCF all moved up in the Top 20 after beating USC, Washington State and UConn, respectively.
Arizona State's upset of Cal has brought them back into the Top 25 at No. 20, while Oklahoma State is also ranked after beating Kansas State. Virginia and Texas A&M dropped to 23 and 25, respectively, while Wake Forest and SMU made their debuts in the Top 25.
The SEC, which has five of the top 10 teams, has to be feeling good about how the rankings are looking right now.
