BBC's Jennifer Lopez Headline Totally Erases Alex Rodriguez and That's Amazing
By Sam Dunn

Folks, is there any power couple more powerful and couple-ish than Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez? Other than perhaps Roman and Gerri on "Succession," there is no duo that captures imaginations more arrestingly than J.Lo and A-Rod.
But if you were to ask the BBC, sure, Jenny From the Block is a legend, but that all-time MLB slugger on her arm? A footnote simply unworthy of mention in a news headline.

JENNIFER LOPEZ AND FIANCÉ. Simply spellbinding stuff.
Yes, people, baseball has only the lightest of footprints in Europe. The Commonwealth, after all, gets its bat-on-ball ya-yas out on the cricket pitch. But what's the deal with this snub, BBC? It's unseemly. It would seem to be beneath you-- especially after the guy helped donate food parcels to hungry kids.
Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez donated a year's worth of food to a Tennessee school after a teacher posted a story about a student who didn't have enough food at home. The school now has a food pantry for hungry students.

Perhaps A-Rod believes in Irish reunification, abolishing the monarchy, and no knighthood for the members of Oasis under any circumstance.
I have no stronger explanation at this time for such a glaring indignity.
