Bears hire Matt Eberflus as new head coach
The decision has come in for the Chicago Bears on who will be the one to replace Matt Nagy. On Thursday morning, insider Adam Schefter broke the news that the front office and new GM Ryan Poles have decided to go with Matt Eberflus.
The former Colts defensive coordinator interviewed with the team recently and clearly did enough to beat out his competition. Per Schefter, Eberflus, Dan Quinn and Jim Caldwell were the finalists.
There's going to be plenty of pressure on Eberflus to deliver for this team, as fans are tired of the Bears disappointing over in the NFC North.
